# Knowledge Bases

> Creating, filling and searching knowledge bases from chat

Genie will create [knowledge bases](/platform/knowledge-bases/introduction), add documents and search them. Today it can only attach an existing knowledge base to an agent.

Meanwhile, use the **Knowledge Bases** tab in the **Workshop**, or [sync files](/platform/knowledge-bases/syncing) from Drive, OneDrive or SharePoint.
