Use Confluence to start a flow when pages change in a space, and to work with pages, blog posts and spaces from inside a flow. This flow labels every new page in the Engineering space for review and tells the author. Press Run to watch it. Every trigger and node needs a Confluence connection. See Connect Atlassian to set one up.

Triggers

All three triggers check the space every minute. Only pages and comments created or edited after you turn the trigger on start a flow: what was already in Confluence never does. A check starts at most 50 runs, and the rest start on the next check. Each trigger has one setting, Space: the space to watch.

Nodes

Nodes that return many results have Max Results (1 to 1,000, default 25) and, under Advanced, Cursor . Bind next_cursor from a previous run to Cursor to read the next results; next_cursor is empty when there are no more.

Troubleshooting

Only pages and comments created or edited after the trigger was turned on start a flow. Check that Space is the space the page is in. Creating a page starts Confluence Page Created, not Confluence Page Updated.
Pick a Space on the trigger.
Check the space key, and that the connection’s account can open the space in Confluence.
Bind Cursor to next_cursor from the same node with the same settings, or leave it empty to start from the first result.
The ID belongs to a page or other content. Use Get Page for a page.
Enter Created from and Created to as dates, such as 2026-10-29.
Those attachments are still listed in attachments but not in files. Raise Max file size (MB), up to 100, to download them.
The run continues without that file. The message ends with the reason Confluence gave.
Check the Confluence URL on the connection. See Connect Atlassian.
