Triggers
Both triggers check the mailbox every minute. Only email that arrives after you turn the trigger on starts a flow: email already in the mailbox never does. Leave a filter empty to match every email; an email must match every filter you set. Passinternet_message_id to the nodes below when the email may move between the trigger and the node.
Nodes
Every node except List Outlook Categories has a (Shared Mailbox) version. It works the same way, with one extra field, Shared mailbox, for the address of the shared mailbox.
Working with several emails
Bind a list of emails to a node and it handles each one. When one of several emails fails, the run continues and shows a warning for that email. The run fails only when every email fails, or when there was a single email.Troubleshooting
An email did not start the trigger
An email did not start the trigger
Open the trigger’s events. Every skipped email is listed with a reason, such as
Sender doesn't match, Subject doesn't contain "invoice" or Email has none of the selected categories. Email that was in the mailbox before the trigger was turned on never starts a flow.Gave up on an email that kept failing for 30 minutes
Gave up on an email that kept failing for 30 minutes
The trigger retries an email that fails. After 30 minutes and three attempts it skips the email, notifies you, and lists it as skipped in the trigger’s events with the error.
