Approvals

Before any write, Genie shows a card with exactly what will change (settings before and after, rows, SQL, flow steps) and waits.

Choice	Does
1 Allow	Runs this action once
2 Always allow	Stops asking for this kind of action in this workspace
3 Reject	Doesn’t run it. Add an instruction and Genie retries with it; reject empty and it stops

Deletes always ask, even with Always allow: flows, agents, tables, columns, rows, chats and deployments.
